Terms and Conditions
- Upon arrival, your dedicated driver will be awaiting you outside the arrivals lounge with a personalized sign.
- The scenic drive from Heraklion “Nikos Kazantzakis” International Airport to the resort is approximately 27 km and takes about 25 minutes.
- The journey from Heraklion Port (30 km) is also approximately 30 minutes.
- Taxi fare is €45 each way, from the airport, accommodating up to 4 adults and 4 suitcases.
- For larger groups (4-7 adults), we offer comfortable minivans at €70 each way.
- Should you require alternative transportation arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@sundanceapartments.com for options and pricing.
- In the event of a “no-show” due to a guest leaving the airport or port without contacting the hotel at least 4 hours in advance, the full transfer fee will be charged.
- If any changes to the booking (including incorrect date or time of transfer) result in the taxi being dispatched, the full transfer fee will be charged. Therefore, please ensure all transfer fields are filled out correctly to avoid any issues.
